Everyone goes through periods of temporary sadness and lack of motivation. It's called being in a funk, and while some symptoms may mirror clinical depression, being in a funk is different in that it's a temporary situation and not a clinical diagnosis. We will discuss how you can tell if you're in a funk, and what to do about it to get yourself feeling like YOU as quickly as possible.
